Pre-Season Assessments
At Club Physio Plus, we feel a Pre-Season Assessment is a key way to preventing injuries before they happen.

Steps to the Assessment:
(each evaluation is slightly different and guided towards your particular sport)

  1. Questionnaire regarding the athlete’s past and present medical problems.
  2. Postural evaluation.
  3. Joint Ranges of Motion
  4. Ligament Tests
  5. Muscle strength tests
  6. Balance/Agility Tests
  7. Endurance
  8. Speed

A full evaluation of the assesment is then provide wth recommendaitons on improvements that maybe necessary.
