Russell graduated from York University in 1991 and Sheridan College in 1996, and has been working in the Sports Medicine field for over 17 years.

He has been a Certified Athletic Therapist since 1996, and a Licensed Acupuncturist since 1998.

Russell started with Club Physio in January 2001, and became part-owner in 2005.

Recreation:

Russell plays the majority of all sports, and has been competitively in Triathlons for the last 4 years. In 2008, he plans on completing his 2nd 1/2 Ironman, and then a European Ironman in 2009.

He currently resides in Oakville with his wife Kelly and 2 boys (David 8 and Adam 5).
